So when i came across Ms. Ashley Hammock and the " Plush Dolls " i was thrilled to not only see self motivated women making a name for themselves: But to see that they do it for a greater good. So I would like to take some time and introduce you all to the "Plush Dolls Models" doing " Plush " size the justice it deserves.......
" Plush Dolls Models is an organization geared toward the building of self esteem, confidence and fashion sense of the plus sized/BBW aspiring model.
It is our goal to not only build a better organization thru those women who are bold enough to strut their stuff but to represent for a younger generation positively by the up building of our communities.
Plush Dolls Models was started in Baltimore, Maryland in 2009 by a 19 year old visionary Kiarra "Diamond L" Boulware. Having a passion for modeling and partaking in neighborhood fashion shows, she noticed that not too many people were checking for the bbw fashionista and even fewer people were interested in supporting her dream.
NOT succumbing to the ridicule that was becoming far more frequent than jobs, she started this group with the hopes of setting a positive example for women of all plus sizes but at the same time find ways for every " Plush Doll " to make a +++
positive +++ impact on their community.
